Welcome to Lilac & Mint. By accessing or using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Lilac & Mint. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Products

We offer curated gift boxes containing a selection of items such as home accessories, self-care products, and food items.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display of colours will be exactly accurate. All products are subject to availability.

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in CZK and include VAT (if applicable).

Accepted payment methods:

  • Card / Bank transfer 

Payment must be completed before the order is processed.

 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Czech Republic. Estimated delivery times: 2–5 business days. Please note:

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. To exercise this right:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

You must return the goods within 14 days of withdrawal.

Important exceptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • perishable goods (e.g. food items such as chocolate)
  • sealed products that are not suitable for return once opened (e.g. cosmetics)

7. Returns & Refunds

Returned items must be:

  • unused
  • in original condition
  • in original packaging

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer (unless faulty).

8. Complaints (Defective Goods)

If a product is defective or damaged:

  • Contact us 
  • Provide photos if possible

You are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable Czech and EU law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is the property of Lilac & Mint and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Lilac & Mint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the misuse of our products or website.

All products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Czech Republic.
