Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1 or2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll keep you informed.
Domestic Shipping (Czech Republic): We offer two shipping options within the Czech Republic:
- Standardní (Standard): Estimated delivery in 3–5 business days — [price or "free over X CZK"]
- Expresní (Express): Estimated delivery in 1–2 business days — [price]
International Shipping: We ship to 27 countries worldwide. International orders are delivered via DHL and typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Damaged or Lost Parcels: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@lilac-and-mint.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
