Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us through our Contact page within the 14-day period.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be: unused and in their original condition, in the original packaging, and returned within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items such as opened cosmetics or personal care products may not be eligible for return.

How to Return

2. We will provide you with return instructions.
3. Pack the items securely and send them to the address provided.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.
